We make a semi-custom application for batch invoicing, PerpetualInvoice that features a seamless interface to QuickBooks. Built from the same code base as PerpetualBudget (see listing on Solutions Marketplace), the program features customer account creation, item management, invoice add and printing, month-to-month late fees calculation and statements printing. We utilize the experience we gained from our budgeting products to interface Excel to almost any data source. This data interface combined with the graphical capabilities of Excel allows us to customize the look, feel and performance of the invoice. We can adapt PerpetualInvoice to your batch invoice requirements with a minimal effort in terms of time, money and delivery time. PerpetualInvoice manages the Excel data and stores any critical data to the system database. This data is used to provide features not ordinarily available in QuickBooks, i.e., month-to-month late fee calculations. QuickBooks processes the invoice adds data supplied by PerpetualInvoice and refreshes the program with customer account data, i.e., account balance, customer information and period payments received. We can respond quickly to batch invoicing requirements and at a low cost based on our existing code base and experience with QuickBooks.
