We have a EDI Integration solution for QuickBooks Pro/Premier and Enterprise.
Our solution will allow you to either generate the Purchase Order (855) or receive a Purchase Order. The Purchase Order is the starting point of the EDI process. The Purchase Orders are received using Gentran Director, Gentran maps all incoming purchase orders into a standard format. MaxEDI processes the file generated by Gentran and matches your accounting data against it. Once the accounting data has been matched against the Purchase Order, you will have a one button click to load the Purchase Orders into QuickBooks as an Invoice. Once the orders have been loaded into QuickBooks, you will be able to process your orders has normal. Now, when it comes time to generate the Invoice, all you have to do is enter the Invoice number, verify the Invoice Amount and then send the Invoice.
