ECONZ EService allows field service companies to dispatch jobs directly to their field workers’ cell-phones using an internet connected PC, which shows the realtime status of each field worker at any time. EService is used by field service companies e.g. HVAC, electrical contractors, mobile repair companies and healthcare services, and can be customized for their needs. The fully scaleable application comes with a QuickBooks interface, which allows all job data to be transferred directly into QuickBooks without the need for duplication. No extra hardware is required.
