CIS has been in business since 1984. We have been serving the Construction Industry specifically (please see web) and the weighing industries. We are versed in Clarion, VB, COBOL and Crystal Reports. Most of our customers have custom in some variety. Our president, Doug Manter, is a software engineer with programming experience since 1978. He personally has written several million lines of code and developed the entire software suite of CIS programs. CIS is also a registered Master Builder Solutions Provider and Pro-Advisor.
