Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[01/04/2008] We have used EZ-Direct Deposit for four years. We are now using Quickbooks 2008. The interfaces between Quickbooks and EZ-Direct Deposit are very clean,the software is easy to use and the people at Coastal Software are great to work with. I would highly recommend this software package to anyone looking for an ACH creation package for use with their local banks.
