Sharing Data With QuickBooks
Construction Application for Payment Solution (CAPS) works together with QuickBooks® to provide a complete solution. QuickBooks® hold your Customers, Jobs, Estimates (Schedule of Values), and Progress Invoices (Work Completed this Period); it can also track Retainage Payable and/or Retainage Receivable. CAPS hold additional project information, architect information, retainage methods, percentage of completions calculations, and accounting for stored materials.

Technical Support
A software engineer and Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor provide all technical support for 20 days from the date of purchase via phone, fax, or email. Additional support is provided in an extensive manual, in program help and Flash training tutorials. On-line support containing the most up to date common problems and their resolution and a user forum are also available for diagnosing problems after normal business hours: Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST.

Also included in your initial purchase is a full year of reporting format and/or reporting mandate changes and product updates/enhancements.

An Annual Maintenance fee of $35.00 will be billed one year after your initial purchase, which includes compatibility upgrades for the newest releases of QuickBooks, 2 free support incidents, and one full year of product updates/enhancements and any reporting format or mandate changes.
