How does QXpress Scheduling Software work with QuickBooks?
The first time that you open QX, your customers, employees and items entered in QuickBooks will appear in QX. There is absolutely no data entry required. Once you have completed jobs in QX, job-cost and invoice information is posted back to QuickBooks on a per customer basis.

Can I evaluate QXpress Scheduing Software without making the full purchase?
QX also offers a monthly subscription option. Begin subscribing to QX for as low as $38 per month. If you decide the software meets your needs, you can continue with the subscription or count up to 3 months worth of subscription payments towards a full purchase. Otherwise, simply cancel at any time.

What additional modules are available for QXpress Scheduing Software?
QX Mobile allows you to download your route list, customer list and job history to your Windows Mobile Pocket PC. Throughout the day, record which jobs were completed, how long each job took and the materials/equipment used. At the end of the day, upload all of the information to your desktop computer, or sync wirelessly in the field. QX Mapping will optimize your daily route list and provide you with maps and driving directions to each job site.

What type of jobs/events can I schedule with QXpress Scheduing Software?
QX offers four types of scheduling: 1) Date-driven scheduling is used for one time or recurring jobs. 2) Appointment-based scheduling is used to schedule according to time of day. 3) Zone-based scheduling is used to schedule by geographic area. 4) Projects are used for scheduling multiple day projects involving multiple tasks, materials and crews.
