How long does it take to install?
The COREflex WMS foundation program installs on a workstation or server in less than 20 minutes. Configuration (interface) is automatic with QuickBooks Pro, Premier & Enterprise. Inventory items, vendor and customer data can immediately be imported into the COREflex program electronically (through QuickBooks).

Do I need other hardware or software?
No, the standard program uses MS Access. Upgrades to SQL Server are available with purchase. scanning devices and other peripherals can be purchased as needed separately. Third party report writing programs, such as Crystal Reports, interface with COREflex WMS.

Is it difficult to use?
No. The program is launched from a Desktop Icon and contains Tabs and Buttons that follow a logical flow for managing inventory items in and out of the warehouse area and processing orders. Point-and-click features provide for quick navigation and data entry. The interface with QuickBooks enables normal processes that were performed manually to be automated. Very intuitive.

Can the system expand to meet our increasing needs?
Yes. The COREflex WMS foundation program is developed to meet the needs of larger volume companies with specific needs. features upgrades, Vertical Modules and program customization can be purchased at any time via a seperate quote. Functionality Upgrades such as Batch Processing, Replenishment and Portable Device Utilization (scan processing) can be added. Custom fields, lables and unique identifiers can be included too.
