Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

Excellent Product especially if you are moving off Intuit Time Tracker

[12/02/2011] I recently was notified that Intuit was discontinuing it's Time Tracker add on. I reviewed and researched several alternatives (including the one suggested by Intuit in their notification e-mail). SpringAhead was by far the strongest package and the support was excellent. Support helped me setup and they were already familiar with the issues of CPAs/ QB Pro advisors moving from Intuit Time Tracker to SpringAhead so the support pro I worked with made several default setup changes and got me going in about 30 minutes. Product syncs seamlessly and creates information for Invoicing customers and brings in time for paying employees and inde contractors. Great experience so far.

[08/30/2011] We are utilizing SpringAhead primarily for the expense tracking and are very happy with it. The online interface functions very nicely and has almost all of the reporting capabilities that are desired. The PC interface transmits information to/from QuickBooks online in a very secure fashion.
In addition, Spring Ahead has had excellent customer service, from the initial sales call through to periodic communications that check to make sure there aren't any questions.
SpringAhead is a great company and offers a superior product.

[07/23/2010] As a ProAdvisor, I frequently recommend Virtual Time & Expense. The synchronization with QuickBooks works flawlessly and the flexibility in the set up accommodates a broad range of requirements while the end user interface remains remarkably simple and straight-forward.
My clients love this product. It is available from anywhere, from any platform, giving employees and consultants no excuse for failing to turn in their time and expenses. It is very affordable and depending on the processes that it replaces, Virtual Time & Expense can literally save days of manual effort. It provides exceptional value to my clients and makes me a hero.

[07/10/2010] We have been using VTE since 2009 and all 65 users are so happy with VTE. The ease of use and the accuracy has made our company efficient. The reports that we can generate in the system saves hours of work for us in the office. Our customers dont have to wait days for reports-they receive them in minutes. Also, we needed some customization and VTE was more than happy to help us. VTEs customer service is exceptional. When we have questions thye are right there to assist us from the simpliest questions to suggesting solutions for us. VTE also listens to us when we make suggestions that we think could be more helpful even if it is just geared to our industry. Hands down VTE is the best T/E system out there. You wont be disappointed.
