[06/17/2006] We are a small trucking company made up of owner operators located in San Joaquin Valley, California. Our dispatching and accounting was very time consuming and too many data entry errors were generated. We had very little money available and most of the programs we found were way out of our price range. After looking at a number of programs and after discussions with a friend who builds accounting software, we finally chose TransportPlus! After about two weeks learning to use the program we launched it into our operations. Within 3 or 4 days we knew we had picked a winner! We had used a lease to help us buy the program and after looking at the time saved and fewer errors made we calculated our payback would be in seven months or less. This year we added a second user license which has helped ease our in-office work load even more. Support and training was very good at first. However, we have a demanding workload and would like to see a little better support for our upgrade requests. Example: Report writing is weak and needs more flexibility. Upgrades or repairs are easy - just call support and they go online using pcAnywhere to take care of your problem! We are very pleased with this product.

[07/11/2005] We are a truck brokerage company and we also have our own trucks. We had been working in two separate systems, one for dispatching our own trucks, another for dispatching our brokerage trucks, and then manually entering the same information into QuickBooks for accounting. TransportPlus has allowed us to integrate fully with QuickBooks, which saves us time and money! The support group at TransportPlus/FreightbrokerPlus has been great to work with. Any problems or questions that we have had they have always been eager to find the answer or the solution. We would highly recommend this software to any company. It was a great buy and an excellent tool for us. It definitely is worth the investment.
