[11/22/2002]  A friend of mine bought Wasp Labeler and I tried it. It was so easy to create barcode labels. Just click and drag. I bought a small thermal printer and started barcoding my inventory. Wasp labeler allowed me to create various templates for some very simple barcodes, to more complicated barcode labels. I was able to link my spreadsheet data for my inventory labels. I now have a side job helping other small businesses get started with barcodes and I continually recommend Wasp Labeler. A friend of mine bought it to barcode his CD collection. I would highly recommend this product to others.

[11/22/2002]  I am a 67 year old retiree trying to turn my glass blowing hobby into a small business. I have tried a few different programs to make labels for my pieces, but nothing ever seems to work right. A friend of mine suggested that I try the Wasp software and I will never regret it. I had a little trouble getting started but Matt in tech support helped me figure out what I was doing wrong. Now I am using for things I never thought of. I just finished printing my mailing addresses for my Christmas cards. I would recommend this to anyone.

I Feel that it is the best bang for the buck

[11/22/2002]  We use the Wasp Labeler to create labels for two different applications and have been very satisfied with program. We are not computer experts but have found it extremely easy to print labels with data from QuickBooks. We use Labeler to create address labels for all of our customers on Avery labels printed on a Xerox laser printer and inventory labels printed on a Wasp W300 thermal label printer. Both applications were very simple to set up and execute. I would strongly recommend it for businesses with similar needs as ours.

Not Compatible with Dot Matrix Printer

[11/11/2002]  Our company is in a complete update transition purchasing new computers, updating QuickBooks, and purchasing integrated software to run our Manufacturing business. Our business must be run with precision and thriftiness. We purchased this Label program to print our can labels in dot matrix form for speed. The software web site and all document reading suggested that this program is good with this form of printing. We purchased a little over a month ago. We are still not able to use this program. We have contacted tech support and are getting no where fast. We are now over the 30 day money back period because we trusted them to fix our problem or provide a solution. I am very disappointed and have now lost our ability to even return the software for credit. If the "bug" is fixed and I can start printing labels I will be very satisfied. I would suggest to anyone that is considering purchasing this program to print labels on dot matrix printers for product labeling, to contact Wasp labeler and confirm with tech support that the problem is not an issue.
