Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[10/31/2011] purchased erp lite, good program if you know how to use everything. Tech support never answers questions completely and waits until your out of the service period before asking you for more money to answer the questions in full. Lots of good ideas in the program that are never laid out in full through a manual or a complete FAQ. Someone needs to document the features of the program so everyone can use this program to its full potential. If Tech support or all information was sent or available this would be a great program for all companies to own. Ask many questions during the trial period, if you cant get answers you will see what you will get after you purchase. Hopefully this gets back to the company and they correct their customer service issues soon.
