Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

Accounting data is unreliable

[09/23/2009] This software package does not provide any method to reconcile the account information that is transferred to the data in QuickBooks. You can not transfer payroll transactions or journal entries that are job related. There are no work in progress reports that give the total amounts of revenue and expenses for active jobs. The reports are not reliable. Data that has been transferred appears and disapears from the accounting reports.

[03/29/2002] I have been using Chronicle now for about 5 months consistently. My business is not completely under control yet but I see very good things happening in the near future. Chronicle has put at my fingertips everything I need to manage my business. I have 5 different Revenue sources that have multiple jobs going all the time. This product allows me to see exactly what is going on in each department with the push of a button. I can track so many different things I am still finding out things I need to review that I didn't even know I needed to review. I was hesitant at first to dig in because like most people, I don't like change. Let me tell you all, this is a change that I couldn't afford not to make. This product will separate my company from the rest of my competitors and allow me to start really controlling the future of my business. I don't know how long I would have lasted without taking this big step into the future of technology. Chronicle will be instrumental in the success of businesses across the country and leave most small businesses back in the Stone Age. The way it is customized to fit my business has made it very beneficial and the tech support has been awesome. Thanks Chronicle!

[03/29/2002] We have been using Chroincle for about a year now and are continually finding new ways to utilize this very powerful program. It is flexible, fast and easy to customize. We believe this program has increased our capability to serve our customers and do it while controlling overhead. It is evident that Chronicle has been developed from the ground up by a user. This gives Chronicle its practical approach to solving information needs. Chronicle is wrapped up in a cutting edge software package that is flexible and can grow with our expanding business. Matter of fact I hope none of my competitors read this.

[03/29/2002] Our office has been very satisfied with the type of information Chronicle offers about our company with the touch of a button or a few clicks of the mouse. The program has been a helpful tool in the divisionalization of our business. It has helped us to stop "baby sitting" our employees and to allow them to take on some responsibility of their own.
