Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

Accounting data is unreliable

[09/23/2009] This software package does not provide any method to reconcile the account information that is transferred to the data in QuickBooks. You can not transfer payroll transactions or journal entries that are job related. There are no work in progress reports that give the total amounts of revenue and expenses for active jobs. The reports are not reliable. Data that has been transferred appears and disapears from the accounting reports.
