SCA is a staple of our order processing

[05/27/2010] I needed a solution to get orders from my Yahoo store to Quickbooks. I was processing maybe 15 orders on a big day but even at that rate it was taking some time to manually input the orders. I looked all over for a reasonably priced solution and found Shopping Cart Assistant. I think this program will do other things but I am using it as a one trick pony with good results. I select the orders in Yahoo that I want to export, export into an xml format and then import those into SCA and then export from SCA to QB. It takes longer to write this out than it does to actually do the process. I can transfer 40 orders in maybe a minute or so. SCA staff helped me set up the program and it worked first time. I pay for the support package and have used it a couple of times with prompt and efficient service.
I don't think it would take much to automate the order transfer process and I would gladly pay for an upgrade that would do this. I don't think that SCA is planning that move but it would be very helpful.
SCA is a good program that fills the gap between startup and higher volume.

[04/20/2010] We have used this for more than 6 years and it is the only program I know of that can pay for itself in 30-60 days. We process 25 orders a day with it and save 90 minutes of office time daily over manual entry of orders from our website. Service issues can take some time and effort to get resolved, yes. If you get more than 5 orders a day via internet you can't go wrong with this program.
