JTA Consulting’s Shopping Cart Assistant (SCA) provides seamless integration between a small business owner’s existing shopping cart system and back-office business applications including, credit card, shipping, contact manager and accounting programs. SCA converts order data from an online shopping cart into files that can easily be imported and read by back-office applications. The availability of the QuickBooks API allows for QuickBooks Pro and QuickBooks Premier users to import this information directly into their accounting system, eliminating the need to enter the data twice. The exchange of information between the two programs also increases small business owners’ efficiency in processing orders and eliminates data entry errors.
