What information is created in QuickBooks by the SCA?
The SCA creates the Customer entry, the Sale (your choice of cash sale, invoice or invoice w/ payment. It will update your inventory and all of your general ledger accounts.

Besides bringing the data into QuickBooks, into what other programs the SCA works with?
The SCA creates the import files for getting your data into your Shipping programs, such as UPS Worldship, FedEx, Stamps.com, and Endicia. Contact managers, such as, Microsoft Outlook and Credit Card processing programs, such as, IC Verify, PC Charge, PC Authorize, and PC Transact IT.
