[01/23/2012] We are a small medical distribution company just starting out. I had seen and reviewed several inventory management systems. As we are just starting out I picked Advance Pro because of the value and ease of use of the program. I had the opportunity to need technical service to help answer several operational issues. I set-up for a “remote” call with several of my users. The AP technical customer service person called right on time spent ample time helping us understand the complexity of the software in a manner that even the non-technical people understood. He was knowable of the program, its capabilities and was very informative. AP was gracious enough to allow for a call back to clarify one open issue. Strongly suggest both the program and the tech support.

[01/17/2012] Ever since AdvancePro has been taken over by new management the cusomter service has improved fantastically. We have been using AdvancePro for over 5 years and are very pleased with it as a powerful inventory management technology that has made running our 3PL logistics company much easier and has impressed our clients. I would recommend this application above all others to anyone looking for a good inventory management system.

[01/17/2011] We have been using AdvacePro for about 3 years now. We let our initial support contract lapse because we were frustrated with the lack of support we were receiving. After receiving reassurances that things had improved at Advanceware, we purchased a new support contract in December. Since that time, we have been completely unable to contact AdvancePro by phone or email. When I login to their website to address the issue, I am unable to create a new support ticket. This is absolutely the worst support I have ever received on any product, bar none

[01/05/2011] I purchased the s/w this time last year. Installed without a problem and support was good at first. The software had a bunch of small bugs, but Support was able to work me through them or fix. Unfortunately the support has become nonexistent. No matter what software you buy you are going to need support for bugs or your own mistakes and if you have a business that needs things fixed quickly this is not the product for you. I have waited weeks to get a response and if you try and email your sales person, chances are they are gone. I’ve had 7 contacts since I bought the s/w and currently have no idea who to email. Be careful.

[12/22/2010] We purchased this software program and the service packages that come with it and it has been the worst business decision we have made to date. This could be a great inventory system if the service was there to support it. There are some minor flaws like not being able to customize shipping and invoice paperwork. We have open issues with back ups, printing, functions not working properly and many more for over 3 months now. They even had a service person from outside their company call and they didnt help a bit. I would never recommend this company based on service more than anything. We have voicemails and emails waiting to be answered for so long we are just scrapping the system and going back to QB alone. Lose of money for sure but also a loss of time.

[12/02/2010] Like the product, but the customer service is abysmall to customers in the UK. Rarely get response to suport tickets, no response to a system down, no response to modification requests, and basic functionality (SMTP mail) simply does not work and currentl no help.
I really want this product to work, but with lack of response from all levels at advanceware we will almost certainly have to decommision the product

[10/21/2010] I paid for customer support but It takes 2-3 days to get a reply from them. GET IT IN WRINTING THAT YOU WILL GET TECH SUPPORT RIGHT AWAY IF YOU BUY TECH SUPPORT. The tech support time to replay is totally UNACEPTABLE. I hope this help somebody before they buy.

[09/17/2010] I had been searching for a solution that would fit my budget for going on 4 months. Then i came across AdvancePro All inclusive. I could set up 30 medical locations and a remote device and have 3 users access it from anywhere for well under $5000. The salesperson was really friendly and knowledgable and most important not pushy like i had experienced with other company bowls. After the purchase came the install and the salesperson remained with me through the next couple weeks making sure it was seemless. That was a couple months ago and i would have to say the system has saved me initial investment and my sanity. I would recommend it anyone!!

[08/28/2010] We purchased this software and were advised there was a 30 day money back guarantee. I have read many other posts and it seems as though the same thing has happened to others. You unistall as requested when you receive an RMA yet no refund is issued. Not only that you can't contact anyone in person and no one responds to your requests for more info? I would strongly suggest not purchasing this software large in part to what I mentioned above but also because they offer no tech support what so ever.

[07/19/2010] We've been using AdvancePro for more than a year now. it has great features, specially the combination between warehouse handling and e-commerce and also the implementation was very easy and quick. The guys from the implmentation department were all over me to make sure things are smooth.
During the year their tech support was bit slow but nothing significant.

The customer support has been terrible. My initial contact with the company after I purchased the product was with the president of the company which should have produced better customer service results but did not.

I looked at AdvancePro and 3 other inventory management apps, after analysis it was a no-brainer to go with AdvancePro. It helps us to do what we couldn't do before. B2B portal is a definite plus: the B2B allows our business partners to review inventory, place & track orders. Customization options are available at a competitive rate. With other programs, this is not the case. Overall, a great program. Definitely consider it, and compare it to other programs out there. We did, and we are happy we chose AdvancePro.

[02/24/2010] Once we got AdvancePro up and running, we soon realized we made the right choice. Setup for our business, with four users, was not difficult. Their technical Support is responsive and knowledgeable. AdvancePro saves us order entry time by easy customer, product and order lookup. The core features are numerous and the processes are very well-planned. We use the module shipping module to connect to our courier. This makes our shipping easier and with fewer errors. Actually, this software has helped reduce errors for many of our processes, including vendor orders and inventory adjustments. If you need lots of built-in features at a price that is very manageable, it’s a good move to check out AdvancePro.
