[10/11/2011]  Accupos POS software has been fantastic. All of our 24 staff was able to be trained on its operation within 1 day. And above all the customer support is AMAZING! Several times I called and was able to speak to the same person who had helped me previously and it has been the smoothest customer support experience our company has ever seen! [07/11/2011]  I've used AccuPOS since 2009 and the system had worked great with my business, no problems, integrated fantastic with quickbooks. Then when I needed to upgrade to the newer version of the software I find out that I will be charged $150 extra because I didn't upgrade the year before. On top of that, I cannot upgrade the software without paying for a minimum of $700 in yearly support. Turns out you can't purchase a software upgrade from them without buying a years worth of tech support at a cost higher than the software itself! I'm now looking for another provider!

[04/28/2011]  I called tech support today with troubles with our Accucount Scanner. I had been sent a new scanner to replace a broken one, and when sending the look-up file to the new scanner it would only accept some of our inventory and said the memory was. The old one held our entire inventory, so I called tech support and was assisted by Jasen. The call took 40 minutes but by the end he had fixed the problem and he stayed on the line to test the download. He quickly understood the problem and solved it correctly.

This program is extremely easy to use - we were able to train all of our employees to use it in a matter of minutes. We have also integrated our Credit Card processing through AccuPos and have been overwhelmingly pleased with how easy it is and how seamlessly everything transfers over to QuickBooks. We highly recommend this product!

I recommend this product for anyone thinking of buying a POS system. If I ever have a problem there tech support is fast and quick at solving problems. Accupos is great and I am a happy user.

[03/24/2011]  We have been using Accupos for about 6 years and Rez did a great job helping me reinstall Accupos on a new system. For the money ACCUPOS is a very good product. We are a single outdoor shop and the product meets our needs. We have used it with both Peachtree and Quickbooks and either software package did the job we needed. I like the ability to pick up the telephone and have tech support without going through two or more people.

Call queue can be long at times but service is unmatched when a technician takes a case. Issues spanning multiple days are always met with a callback. We are currently recommending your product to any clients that we feel it will work with due in-part to functionality but mostly due to the great customer service that comes along with your product.

It was a pleasure working with Rez. I hope to work with Rez in the near future and I hope the best for him and his family in this time if need. [03/06/2011]  Your Way Yogurt has used AccuPOS for over 3 years now, and is very satisfied with the program and support. We have 2 POS registers with scales in the store, and use the software to operate our weigh and pay self-serve frozen yogurt operation with a great deal of ease and success. It only takes about 10 minutes to train a new employee how to use the software to address 95% of the transactions. The touch screens and programable keys make it simple to set up products for sale. The software is very streamlined and easy to use. Closing out daily reports with the Z-Out directly updates my Quickbooks and allows me to run my sales reports for comparing monthly, weekly and daily reports. This really lets me keep the finger on the pulse of my business so I can measure the effects of our marketing campaigns quickly. For example, we can really see how cable TV advertising has doubled our sales, compared to the wasted investment in radio advertising. This really helps me as a business owner. The support team at AccuPOS is also excellent. They are able to connect remotely to our systems and fix any issues that comes up. We enjoy at 99% + uptime, but when an issue does arise, they have always quickly and efficiently addressed any problems. Overall, we are very satisfied with AccuPOS, and would reccommend the program to any retail operation that needs a simple and efficient POS solution..

[12/13/2010]  This product was supposed to save us so much time, and it got such great reviews, that our small business invested the several thousand dollars in it to save my husband and I from all the accounting nightmares we faced. It has been nothing but problem after problem ever since. It took over two months to even get it set up because of their blunders and shipping us the wrong hardware several times. I had to put my real job on hold for over two months to handle the set-up and employee training, and it is so un-intuitive that my employees still don't get it after six months. Their support is TERRIBLE and costs a fortune. We bought v. 2010 two months before 2011 shipped, and they want to charge us full price for the upgrade, which we need b/c we need to upgrade QuickBooks to make their software work. It freezes and crashes constantly, and if you're lucky, you'll get support in a few days. Don't bother CALLING for support because you'll wait in the "queue," which is hours long. I am not exaggerating. Send an email, and they'll get back to you eventually. Maybe. You might even get lucky and get one of the good support people who won't tell you you're an idiot. Find another POS system!

[12/08/2010]  Too many problems. Sales and Techs "forget" to tell me the things I needed before I could even install the system. Most of our credit card tips don't go to the bank because of the software. To top it off you can hardly get on the phone with them, and when you do and theres a problem they can't fix they say a "Level 2 Tech will Call" but never does. I have lost a lot of money because of this system. Yes its nice that its integrated with the accounting but with all these problems forget about it.

[07/20/2010]  I just recently purchased AccuPOS for my restaurant and have had a very good experience with everyone involved. The sales team explained the entire set-up process prior to me purchasing. My support is only 495 a year for unlimited. Anyway, the system is very easy to learn and if you have issues the tech guys actually jumped on my computer via the web and fixed me up. All in all I'm very pleased and highly recommend AccuPOS.

Then, find out that they no longer sell the software with Vista as there are too many problems. Yet, they are more than willing to take the $800 for support on something they won't support. I regret having ever purchased this product.
