JobTrack™ - was designed for one of our customers who was using CommTrack™, our other QuickBooks add on, but had unique requirements.
Instead of pulling invoices they wanted to be able to pull all income and expenses related to a Job.
In addition they wanted to be able to determine the commission by a Sales volume range and a gross profit % with that range.
With that in mind we developed JobTrack™ to work within those requirements. Initially to choose whether to use Gross Profit or Sales and then load your Reps into JobTrack. You can also put certain items in what we call the BYPASS table. When JobTrack™ reads an item it will look to this table to see if it needs to be bypassed.
Next you setup your Sales Volume/Gross Profit sliding scale chart to your specifications.
Lastly and on a continuing basis you load all jobs with a completed status or all jobs to see what commissions you are liable for in the future. It's very easy to use and saves a lot of time.
