Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

Zed Axis Exporting PO's from Quickbooks

[11/01/2011] I was having difficulty exporting PO's from Quickbooks into our inventory system, because I was not getting the entire description field - it was being truncated. After downloading the trial version of Zed Axis, it took just a few minutes to get the export I wanted with no truncation. Due to the simplicity and completeness of the PO exports I now get, I have modified our QB PO process in order to improve our overall process. Needless to say, I bought a license, and am anxious to explore other ways to use this tool.

[10/23/2011] I just discovered, downloaded, installed and used this ZedAxis software to solve a QB problem that has been driving me nuts for years - the truncation of notes in the time tracker. It took about 15 minutes following the video tutorial all the way, and it was seamless! I'm on a trial version and will be happy to pay for it at the end of the trial.

[06/13/2011] After struggling with transaction importers/exporters for many years, Zed Axis has finally come along and lifted months of work off my shoulders in just a few hours.
The intuitive interface makes getting up and going a breeze.
Zed Axis works perfectly well with both the US and UK versions of Quickbooks.
The cost of purchase has paid for itself in my first use of the product.
I hit a snag when importing invoices with an error that was not defined in the standard support litrature, but I work through the problem.
An additional feature of this product that I haven't seen elsewhere is its ability to export the individual line items from invoices created by groups.
