Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[09/09/2011] InLattice has provided an easy intergration to create NACHA/ACH files directly though QuickBooks. Previously our online bill pay via QuickBooks was creating paper checks that were mailed and delivery time was inconsistent. Although our bank has offered to pay our vendors via ACH the re-entering of payment information was time consuming and also created the possibility of data entry errors. Glad we found InLattice

[09/07/2011] We were in need of a platform to take our vendor payments in Quickbooks and create a NACHA file to send to our bank for processing. InLattice had exactly what we needed. Now we are able to seamlessly transfer payments with no paperwork. One of the things I was most pleased with is the customer service that I received. Rarely, if ever, have I had a company call me back just to check that everything is working properly and make sure I was satisfied with their product.

We need to convert payables data from QuickBooks into NACHA file format so that our bank can make ACH payments to vendors - InLattice provides us with an easy-to-use and affordable conversion tool. We are very pleased with InLattice's customer service, and would recommend them to others with similar needs.

[03/16/2011] InLattice provided us with exactly what we were looking for at ProTranslating: a way to exchange invoices and bills with customers and vendors without having to manually re-enter the same data. InLattice provides excellent support and came through with every customization that we requested, which at times were complex. We were about to hire another employee to handle our increased volume, but that is no longer necessary. Data entry errors have also decreased. Our vendors adapted well to the change. It is a rather simple system, so not much training is required.

[02/15/2011] Our goal as a company is to eliminate any manual data entry into QuickBooks. InLattice has been the exact type of application we’ve been looking for to help us get to this goal. We have a long and growing list of vendors that send us invoices. Having the capacity to post these invoices automatically into QuickBooks has taken tremendous strain away from our backoffice. The built-in approval process which InLattice supplies eliminates errors and validates invoices. Our vendors love the system. Creating invoices is a snap for them.
