Sharing Data With QuickBooks
Office Tools Professional allows users to Synchronize customers, employees and Item codes with QuickBooks and export time, invoices, payments, and credit memos to QuickBooks. Users can track their time and billing within Office Tools Professional, where they can make use of the multiple utilization and billing reports, then export the time trackings and invoices to QuickBooks to utilize the QuickBooks Payroll and Credit Card services to receive payments and pay staff.
