According to our research last fall, we found that the following states have adopted the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Weighted-Average Overtime Laws - Pennsylvania, Utah, New Jersey, North Carolina, Maryland, Florida, Ohio, and Colorado. Oregon also has a weighted-average overtime law that is far more complex than the FLSA, especially if a contractor works on BOTH private and prevailing wage jobs.
