Sharing Data With QuickBooks

Coupa and Quickbooks can be instantly integrated for accounts, vendors, bills/invoices and bill payments. In Coupa, you can set that your Quickbooks accounts and vendors be synced with Coupa for both updates and new records. When a vendor invoice is approved in Coupa, it is set to sync to Quickbooks as a new bill. Associated QB bill payments are synced and viewable in Coupa. Through the integration, you can manage the entire purchasing process in Coupa and pay bills in Quickbooks.
