Sharing Data With QuickBooks

Here's how it works:

1. Installation: When you first open QXpress Online you’ll download & install the Method Integration Engine onto the same computer that has your QuickBooks installed.

2. Synchronization: The Method Integration Engine will automatically connect to QuickBooks and synchronize all your lists and transactions to your QXpress Online database.

3. Real Time: As you make changes in QuickBooks, the same changes are automatically made in QXpress Online in real-time and vice versa

Technical Support

Technical support is free and included with your monthly subscription. However, it is important to clarify that technical support is restricted to solving technical issues such as error messages, installation problems, inability to sign into QXpress Online, data-loss, and concerns over possible system malfunction.

Non-technical incidents, such as training, customization, and general questions on how to use QXpress Online must be directed to your QXpress Online Representative.

For self-service options, including the QXpress Online Forum and QXpress Blog, visit http://www.qxpressonline.com.

Optionally, for an additional $195, you can sign up for an Initial Setup Service. Initial Setup Services are web-based meetings where your QXpress Online Representative gives you an orientation around QXpress Online, high level training and a recommendation document.

Technical support is included for no additional fee. For how-to problems and training, applicable fees will be incurred at $125/ hour.
