[04/18/2011] I have been a user for about 2 years and i must say i have spent hundreds of hours on it there customizing it for my company. Good concept but support is absolutely terrible! I feel like a beta user on my own. I have spent several thousand dollars on customization and now my screens dont work after a major platform update and they tell me sorry its not our fault

[02/26/2011] This program is NOT user friendly and since our install (2) years ago, we experience multiple glitches in the systems on a DAILY BASIS. I am more computer savvy than most people without formal training and have put so many hours into this program trying to make it work and it has been without success. The technical support is not good and it works so slow. We have done everything from upgrading servers and computers and that has still not solved the problem. It is in-expensive for this type of software, but trust me, you get what you pay for!

[12/04/2010] I aquired this program as the free trial. I choose not to use this program and removed it from my computer. Every time I start up QB Pro it prompts me that this was permission and I decline, even though QB says it will cease ocne denied. Cannot get it to stop or remove what ever is causing it to try every time I start up
