Once you've installed the VerticalResponse for Intuit Workplace app and setup the Workplace Sync application, you'll find an Import Tool widget on your VerticalResponse for Intuit Workplace Homepage. Use the widget to import your Customer records into your VerticalResponse for Intuit Workplace account.
What type of data is being imported from QuickBooks 2009 into my VerticalResponse for Intuit Workplace account?
At this point, VerticalResponse for Intuit Workplace will import your Customer data, and this includes more than 50 standard fields.
How are you importing my Customer records to VerticalResponse for Intuit Workplace?
New records are, of course, added as new records within your account. Existing records are updated with any data that is new or changed since the last import.
How can I create a targeted mailing list using the records that I imported to VerticalResponse for Intuit Workplace using the Import Tool?
You can use our List Segmentation tool to create targeted mailing lists using any record data that was imported to your account (all customers in San Francisco, CA for example).
