What is ExpenseWare?

ExpenseWare is an online solution that automates Travel and Entertainment (T&E) expense reporting processes for small businesses.

Why do I need ExpenseWare if my current expense management process works using Excel spreadsheet?

ExpenseWare captures and centralizes expense data at the point of entry and from there no re-keying of data is required from approval to processing to automatic import to the accounting system.

Is there a minimum number of users to qualify for a subscription?

No. ExpenseWare can be used by any company, no matter how small (or large). Users can easily be added in real time as your firm grows.

What can you tell me about security and storing sensitive data?

SSL encryption and SAML 2.0 security are deployed. In addition, only transactional data is handled such as amounts, dates, and categories. No credit card numbers or other sensitive data are stored.
