[04/07/2011]  Property Genie is an incredible tool. I’ve been using it since March 2008. Not only does it accurately keep track of the Owners and Tenants transactions and balances it also creates repetitive monthly tenant notices as well as Owner and tenant statements. The high volume that flows through the company (we have over 500 properties) on a monthly basis would require many more people just to keep up if we did not use this software. Property Genie allows you to post an item once and the dollars flow through to the respective places and updates your check register as well. Property Genie is a must have. It is this bookkeeper’s best friend. I don't even want to imagine handling the responsibilities and deadlines of this size company without it.

[01/05/2011]  This nifty little program was specifically designed for property managers like us. It is extremely helpful in processing rents, payments to vendors and owner distributions with a few clicks of the mouse. It integrates VERY smoothly with QuickBooks, which makes it even a more valuable tool for the busy professional. Reporting is great! The customer service department/tech support is quite frankly the most accessible, knowledgeable and helpful team we have ever dealt with regarding a software program.
