I won't go into details what our problems were, apart from saying our GST, or sales tax is a pain, even if you are not trying to integrate a shopping cart into QuickBooks ... One point is that our orders contain a mix of taxable and non-taxable items. The thing is the crew at Webgility made phone calls, we had web meetings, they wrote software files on the fly and installed them live ... and fixed every issue ... making eCC into the most valuable tool in streamlining our business. Hours of work has become just minutes ... freeing me to work on the business, instead of in the business. Thanks Wegility & eCC. Cheers ... David

Update to earlier post

[03/12/2011]  I had placed an earlier review about this product (12/28/2010), and was perhaps a little harsh. I am creating an update to that post within this post. It turns out, there was a way to do bulk edits such as; "delete" and "move to completed", but it is in a kind of strange way. I believe it must be done from the "search orders" screen. The customer service is "OK". Since the time I had purchased this software up to today, the licensing method has been a bit aggressive. I recently had to buy a new computer and formatted the old one. When I did this the license was not accepted by the new machine. I had to resubmit a request for license, which happened to be on a Sunday, and had to wait until the next Monday to get a new license. This set me back a day on getting back up and running. Fortunately it was not on a Friday night though. They had informed me that they are planning on getting the licensing/activation system into the cloud and automated, which ideally would allow licenses to be approved any time, any day. I had to also reinstall Quickbooks Pro that very same Sunday and it took about 15 seconds to log in and request and receive a new activation code. All in all this software does get the job done and the company has always answered my support request tickets.

[12/28/2010]  This software is decent. They are taking advantage of the quickbooks webconnector API and making a GUI for it. Tech support is just OK. Live help on their site will say "online" but they don't always answer. Indian people on the phone are hard to talk with. There some cons such as no bulk functions like "delete" or "move to completed tab". This makes certain things take a long time if you screw up or begin using this software to catch up on book keeping you are behind on. Still beats typing everything into quick books, but the software definitely has some quirks. Once you test and test and test and figure it all out it goes a little smoother. It is also quite pricey software. Costs more than Quick Books Pro itself.

[06/28/2010]  After upgrading our e-commerce platform, we decided to move from another connection software to eCC from Webgility. What a fantastic choice! The work-flow is much faster with eCC and we couldn't be happier. Though we had a few issues getting everything set up, the support from the fine folks at Webgility has been first class. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Quickbooks/Shipping/E-commerce solution to look no further than eCC.

[06/28/2010]  eCC really optimized our business since we no longer have to enter new customers and type orders into QuickBooks. Energetic Nutrition has realized tremendous benefits since implementing eCC. We have eliminated data-entry errors and reduced data-entry hours by three hours per day. This has translated into a savings of $1 per order. Multiply that by the 1,100 orders we process each month and that’s a noteworthy savings of $1,100 each and every month. We recouped our eCC investment within 15 days of using it! We were impressed with the excellent implementation experience and, during the setup process, appreciated that Webgility listened closely to all of the company’s challenges. In addition, we loved Webgility’s fast service and support and the fact that they’re available for remote troubleshooting - even during off-hours.
