[06/30/2010] House Doctors is a professional handyman and home repairs franchise organization. Our company deployed ServiceCEO Web Edition earlier this year and we are now able to provide franchisees with a user-friendly, web-based platform for efficiently running their daily operations. The corporate office now has standardized data and reporting, and this enables us to better benchmark franchise performance and improves our marketing efforts. The support and training sessions that are available to the franchisees have simplified the transition process from the desktop software that was previously used by our company. ServiceCEO Web Edition has recently released two additional updates and we are pleased with the features contained within both of these releases. We look forward to continued enhancements as our partnership with ServiceCEO continues.
