Terrible Staff - Not Recommended

[01/09/2012]  The staff (Craig in particular) was very unpleasant to deal with. They refuse to take phone calls in any way, and are extremely slow to answer emails. They are extremely unprofessional and leave much to be desired for a company that "earned" and boasts about their silver rating. I would definitely not recommend this application to anybody looking for a word order software.

[03/18/2011]  We purchased this software to help eliminate double entry and get rid of an Excel-based work order system that was difficult to maintain. It is a pretty simple application, but it works perfect for our needs. We had a few questions about our multi-user installation, but we received prompt support. They even added our logo to the work order free of charge. The software is quick to load and saves up tons of time. Would recommend for somebody that doesn’t need something fancy, just functional.

[01/31/2011]  This software is definitely not worth the price. It takes 14 seconds for one estimate to load. (QB and WOE running on the same machine.) The schedule report shows only a part of the Description field. Partial data is not useful. You cannot search for a work order but have to click previous to find one you want - at 14 seconds per! Can only import one estimate at a time. After spending only a couple of hours using this software, it was obvious it was not something I would use and the manufacturer is refusing to refund my money even after notifying them within 24 hours! So BUYER BEWARE.
