[12/06/2011]  The software is now an online subscription software. I believe it is in beta as the look and feel of the interface are still very poor. The concept is amazing, but it is very poorly executed. The server the software is hosted on is slow and choppy and the buttons and links do not work. I hope these guys fix it and make $$$, but right now it seems like a small operation and the website is unusable currently. Their CS is very nice though and tries to help.
