Sharing Data With QuickBooks

beanbills integration with QuickBooks (QB) is handled seamlessly via the DocuPhi/QuickBooks Web Connector (QBWC).

Account, Client, Class and Vendor lists are easily be imported into Bean. In beanbills, the equivalent names are: Account, Customer, Project and Vendor, respectively.

Processed invoices will be exported to QuickBooks in transaction form right into the General Ledger.
