[11/05/2009] This program in its infancy is the direction of the future sharing function and access on the side of accounting for the benefit of both the employee and cost controls for the employer. I have no doubt the use of such processes will lead to networking of useful data in efficient and useful was yet to be considered. I know something like this would be the next big tool for business, and I’m excited to take part in the evolution.

[10/28/2009] I was among the first few companies to try out ViewMyPaycheck, and now I use it for 5 small companies. This online payroll information system terrific. It allows all of my employees, for all 5 companies, in over 15 states, to access their payroll information online - anytime, anywhere. And it saves me oodles of money on not having to print and mail paystubs.

[10/14/2009] I've been using VMP since early in 2009. It has actually been a very smooth beta. The VMP support team responded quickly whenever I had an issue. The application has worked well and the integration with QuickBooks is very good. There are a few things I'd change - for example, actually labeling the graphs would be helpful. It would be nice to choose not to include any digits from the bank accounts as well (we have some security-minded individuals who are really bothered by that). All in all, though, it's a very good app.

[10/07/2009] This is a very high quality service from Intuit. Very convenient and time saver. I just hope they add more features in the future. Overall, a must have to all QuickBooks payroll user.

It's well designed and intuitive, displays a great level of paycheck detail, and is a convenient way to provide pay stub information to my employees whether they're in the office or not. Definitely a "must have" for those who embrace new technology. Would like to have a way to import paycheck data to Excel or Quicken (employee request).

[10/02/2009] We use VMP to automatically distribute our paystubs to employees each pay period. I used to have to send individual emails to all employees with their paystub as an attachment; now I just make a few clicks and the paystubs are securely posted online. Our employees also appreciate having one spot that automatically stores these documents for them... they no longer have to ask me for new copies when they need them at tax time.

[09/28/2009] This online paystub feature is fantastic. As a small business, I am both the accountant and HR. It is so helpful to allow the employees to retrieve their personal payroll information on their own. I have had several employees tell me how much they really like this.
