Why is it in Beta?

Although online access to paystubs has been fully implemented for ViewMyPaychecks, Intuit wants to learn quickly from our customers --- what do they think about online access to paystubs and what could Intuit do to make it even better? Rather than delay getting this feature to market, we wanted to let our customers 'kick the tires' and take advantage of the benefits of online access to paystubs. The feedback we get from our beta customers will help Intuit address any bugs or glitches.

Free? Really?

Yes. Our current plan is to offer online access to paycheck information at no cost to current subscribers of QuickBooks Payroll.

Who can use VMP?

Anyone with an email address and a current subscription to QuickBooks Payroll (Basic, Enhanced, Assisted). The Payroll Customer has to upload their employee's Payroll data - Paychecks. The Employees can then login to viewmypaycheck.com and view their paychecks. Payroll Administrators (could be the SBO) have Administrator privileges, this allows them to view everyone's payroll information and also allows them to invite employees to the VMP application.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Each company has its own repository. Each employee can only view their payroll information--not anyone else's.
