[09/01/2009]  We were looking for a Sales CRM solution. We chose method because of the long history with Intuit. We tried to use the product, but it was just not ready for use on day 1. We attempted to make it work for over a month. Many hours wasted, no workable solution. From what I am hearing from Method, if you have an on-staff programmer, this thing can become the perfect tool for you. What we found out is that without a programmer, this is just a program that looks and feels like working in DOS. We migrated to Salesforce.com Deployed in 5 days.

[08/20/2009]  Works for us quite well, after 4 months. Were previously using a program installed on our network, so it's nice not having to deal with installation quirks. A little more simple than our previous CRM, which is mostly a good thing. But if you are like us, there are some things that we were used to and had to add in ourselves through customization. Could have used a few more tutorials to learn how to do that, but their staff have been superb. Have recommended this to friends and family.

[06/17/2009]  I think I have told just about everyone I know about this product. My accountant recommended this to me as a CRM solution. It is so much more it boggles my mind. This is having a dramatic impact on our business. We started off with doing CRM to prevent sales deals from not getting followed up on properly and to value the success of marketing. But as soon as we started getting into this, we realized that we can tweak every part of our business. We upgraded from Method CRM to Method Full Blown and imported the Method Warehouse piece. Wow. Wow. We had previously paid $10k for a manufacturing program and $8k for training, and now it's sitting on the shelf because it was just too complicated. We figured out Method Warehouse in 2 hours by ourselves. We are even using the built-in MRP tool. I wish I could give 6 stars on value, because this is insane software. I now look at every product I use and wish it was made using Method. I love the fact that I can look at a button, and say "I want it to also send an email", "I want it to also insert a reminder". If every program was developed using Method our nation wouldn't be in such a mess.

[06/03/2009]  Exactly what we were looking for. The synching with QuickBooks is out of this world awesome. You enter an invoice on a webpage and by the time you check QuickBooks on another computer it is already there. It’s also amazing that I have 60,000+ potential customers in the CRM, but they only turn from leads into actual QuickBooks customers once an invoice gets created for them, so I can track sales opportunities on leads without clogging up QuickBooks. We also love the fact that we have 10 staff members using the CRM and entering sales orders, and only have 2 QuickBooks Pro licenses. This has saved us so much money in upgrades it actually pays for the CRM costs. Haven't gotten much into the customization yet, but by the looks of it, I can create my own CRM page for data collection and create a portal for my customers. That's next month's project. Best web site program I have used.
