Sharing Data With QuickBooks
Here's how it works:
1. Installation: When you first open Method you’ll download and install the Method Desktop Integration Engine onto the same computer that has your QuickBooks installed.
2. Synchronization: The Method Integration Engine will automatically connect to QuickBooks and synchronize all your lists and transactions to your Method database online.
3. Real Time: As you make changes in QuickBooks, the same changes are automatically made in Method in real time and vice versa.
Technical Support
Technical support is free and included with your monthly subscription. However, it is important to clarify that technical support is restricted to solving technical issues such as error messages, installation problems, inability to sign into Method, data-loss, and concerns over possible system malfunction.
Non-technical incidents, such as training, customization, and general questions on how to use Method must be directed to your Method Consultant.

Note: Depending on the options you choose when you sign up for a monthly subscription, an initial setup service may be included. Initial setup services are web-based meetings where your Method Consultant gives you an orientation around Method, basic training and a recommendation document.
