System Requirements
Web-based and hosted on the Intuit Workplace. Delivered to your web browser using Adobe Flash technology and will work with any browser that supports Flash.
Technical Support
The Data Collaborative's goal is to provide quality technical support for our users. We provide support to assist our customers with problems or issues in understanding how to use the software.
Up to 3 e-mail support incidents per month are included with your package. Most requests will be responded to within one business day of their receipt.
Additional support is available by telephone at $30 per 15 minute increment.
Telephone support is available 9am - 5pm EST. Additional times available by special arrangement.
Please note that we reserve the right to withdraw support from specific customers at our discretion, for reasons including but not limited to excessive demands, nuisance or spurious requests, etc.
