How are credit card payments processed?

Event Genie uses the world class QuickBooks Merchant Services as its payment gateway. This allows you to take advantage of the same gateway that you use from within QuickBooks and provides for easy reconciliation of credit card transactions. You own the merchant account so your organization’s name shows on the credit card statement and funds are available quickly.

Are there any per registrant charges?

While other on-line registration applications charge you every time someone registers for your event, with Event Genie you pay one low monthly fee, whether you have 100 registrants or 10,000.

Do you support early bird registrations and discount codes?

Event Genie provides for unlimited date sensitive registration levels and discount codes. This allows you to have early bird registrations and limited availability discounts. In addition discount codes offer percentage, dollar amount or fixed price discounts giving you a great deal of flexibility.

Do I have to take credit card payments on-line?

No. Event Genie allows you to track registrations for free events as well as events were you will bill the participants separately.
