Sharing Data With QuickBooks
The application allows the QuickBooks user to scan checks with a low cost duplex scanning device that also supports full page color document capture, select a customer from their QuickBooks Company File, Retrieve outstanding Invoices associated with that customer, apply the check payment to the customers invoice, post the payment to undeposited funds, submit the deposit electronically then reflect the deposit in the QuickBook users designated depository account in QuickBooks.
