Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[09/30/2008] We've been using this product for 3 months and could not be happier. It’s working very well and has saved many trips to the bank and reduced errors for posting payments to customer accounts.
Initial setup was very easy as the customer service department called us and walked us through the install.
