Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[01/26/2011] We've been disappointed with this QB interface software. There are 4 situations that we have found where the integration with QB doesn't work. Deposits for anything other than a customer's payment do not process easily. Or if you get one check to pay for two different customer's invoices, it won't do that easily, or if it's a cashier's check or if the customer takes a credit memo and short pays the invoice. These situations arise often enough for us that we decided to go with the web version of this software and do our payments received manually in QB.
