Using that information, our system searches your QuickBooks records and finds the right invoice that matches your check. A built-in “memory” feature automatically recognizes customers you’ve done business with before.
Every time you scan a check, DepositNow! matches that check to the correct customer and applies a credit to your financial log. It can even keep track of returned checks and automatically keep your books in order.
To start using DepositNow!, all you need is a check scanner and an ordinary PC with an Internet connection. On top of that, our system works with any U.S. bank account, so you won't need to switch banks or open a new account.
DepositNow! is easy to use and can be launched from within your existing QuickBooks system. Once you've installed our software, just click on the Customer menu at the top of the QuickBooks screen, choose DepositNow!, and you can start scanning checks while your accounting records are updated right alongside them.
