How much does DepositNow! cost?
Our basic flat-rate plan is $39.95 per month; however, the price can vary if you are scanning a very high or very low volume of checks. We also typically have a special offer every month -- check back frequently!

I already have a scanner attached to my computer. Can I use it to scan checks? Or if I buy a check scanner from you, can I use it as a regular scanner?
To be used for electronic deposits, scanned check images must meet certain legal requirements, and unfortunately, the technology does not work yet with most scanners that you can buy off the shelf. Most check scanners also work for checks only, not photos and other documents. BUT, to get around those problems, we've developed our own DepositNow! scanner, which is the first check scanner that also works as a regular scanner in full color.

How does DepositNow! move my money? Is it safe?
We use the same security standards employed by the rest of the banking industry, comply with all regulations and practices of the FDIC and FFIEC, and undergo regular audits. Your money is as safe as it is in a typical online banking system. Our entire system is equipped with double redundancy, backup power supplies, and other failsafes, so that we can keep running even in the event of a major disaster. Our uptime rate is over 99.99 percent.

Can I deposit anything besides personal and business checks with DepositNow?
Yes! DepositNow! works with checks, money orders, gift checks, traveler's checks, government warrants and more!
