Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

Poor Replacement for QB Pro Timer

[12/01/2011] Clunky, slow and redundant are some of the terms I would use to describe Minute 7. Potential browser compatibility issues exist. Too many key strokes or mouse movements are needed to enter data. Lots of redundant entry required. Using the QB Timer, although not great, is far more efficient and way less frustrating.

[11/15/2011] We thought that changing programs from the Quickbooks timetracker would be painful. We were delighted that it was painfree and intuitative. We have used it for 3 weeks and have done our monthly billing with ease. Great Value!!!!!
We have looked at many other programs. We have found that Minute7 is by far the best value. I have had technical support who were great to get all of the computers up and running.

[11/13/2011] If you're looking for a fairly robust but simple time tracking solution with great support, and low cost then look no further than Minute 7. They even have an easy to use Mobile version of their web site which means you and your staff can enter time on the fly whether you're near a computer or not! It also syncs with your QuickBooks which means you don't have to enter time twice. Both employees and vendors (like sub-contractors) can enter time. I also like that it's priced per user so that if you're not stuck paying a flat amount if you decrease the people in your company. Gives great flexibility. With a free trial, how can you go wrong - you get to try out everything, including their responsive support team.
Probably the only thing I wish it had was project management which is what we've really been wanting. BUT even without that it's a great tool and saves us time!
