MaxScheduler is scheduling software for business operations like machine scheduling. Scheduling is done by moving jobs around using a mouse. Once the schedule is done it can be published to webpages to share among your business. For instance customer service can see for themselves the current status of a customer's job. MaxScheduler is a replacement for scheduling using spreadsheets, physical whiteboards or paper schedules. MaxScheduler can also work with MRP, ERP or WMS systems.

How does MaxScheduler integrate with Quickbooks?
MaxScheduler imports line items found in the Quickbooks reports, menu Reports | Sales | Sales by Customer Detail. MaxScheduler imports invoices within a time window that can be adjusted. By default it imports invoices dated 1 day previous to the current date and 0 days into the future.
