This software does not work for me

[03/22/2009]  I was not able to get this software working. The ODBC component was highly unstable and it never managed to build a data set without crashing out or hanging. Consequenly I was never able to run a single report. The level of support provided was highly unsatisfactory. All support was via e-mail and responses would often take 2-3 days. I tried calling for support but never managed to get through to anyone.
