How does bill.com work?
With Bill.com you create a unique email address (e.g., ABCcompany@bill.com)and e-fax number for your company. Then follow these steps to receive and pay your bills:
1. Send bills to your Bill.com account via one of three convenient ways: Email, fax or upload...
2. Import your QuickBooks data into Bill.com (vendor list, chart of accounts, etc.) so you can easily locate vendor data when entering your bills for processing.
3. Assign approvers and schedule payment

Is it easy to sync Bill.com with QuickBooks?
Our custom built bill.com synch for QuickBooks allows "one click" synch of data between bill.com and QuickBooks. Customer and vendor lists, chart of account, classes and items can be imported from QuickBooks into Bill.com when you’re setting up your bill.com account. All of this data, plus bills and bill payment data can be exported to QuickBooks with “one click” or on a continuous basis depending on the frequency you wish.
