Sharing Data With QuickBooks
The Service Manager pre-populates a customer work order by accessing the QuickBook customer record. The part number, product description and pricing information are then embedded into the form and pre-filled out by selecting a drop down button on the form. When the form is completely filled out, it can be used to generate a QuickBooks invoice.
